The beach view was breathtaking every morning.
I cannot believe the utter lack of customer service! Additionally, we were informed that the amenities advertised were either broken or unavailable. It felt as if they didn't care at all after we paid for our stay!

I truly appreciated the excellent location and the convenience of having a rental pickup waiting at our villa. The response time from the staff was impressive. they quickly addressed our needs throughout our 9-night stay. I loved the pool view from our bungalow. it was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the national park.
The minor inconvenience of jet fuel smell and noise from the nearby airport was present, but it was not too distracting.
